City of Garden Grove Eight Hour Home Buyer Education
Course
This workhshop consists of two,
four-hour sessions for a total of eight hours and is designed to meet the requirements of the US Department of Housing and
Urban Development for participants of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and other home buyer initiatives that require
a home buyer education workshop sponsored by a a HUD-approved, non-profit education provider.
For your convenience, you can complete both four-hour sessions
(A & B) on the same day or on different days and either Session A or B may be taken first. Click
